Returns & Refunds policy

All sales orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed.

We have a 5-day refund policy for damaged or defective items only, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or returns on sale items or free gifts.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or defective. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, please contact us at info@cleanz.sg. Also include in your email a description of the issue and a picture of the defective item.

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
